Legal Entity Definition
"Zero Inches," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Zero Inches AB, a limited liability company (Aktiebolag) registered in Sweden. These Terms apply to all applications and services developed by Zero Inches AB, including but not limited to the Handy Dance mobile app.

WARNING: Our apps involve physical movement. Please ensure your surroundings are safe before use. Failure to follow safety guidelines may lead to injury or property damage. Use at your own risk.
1. License Grant and Acceptance
By using our software, you agree to these Terms. We grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Parental Guidance
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission. Zero Inches AB disclaims responsibility for activities by minors. Guardians are responsible for their child's use.
3. Health & Safety Guidelines
- Clear the area of obstacles
- Ensure enough space to move
- Take regular breaks
- Stop if feeling discomfort
- Don't use outdoors or near stairs
- Keep proper lighting
- Stay hydrated and avoid overexertion
4. License Restrictions
- No reverse engineering
- No selling or sublicensing
- No derivative works
- No commercial use
- No circumvention of security
- No unlawful use
5. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Device Responsibility
The Software is provided "as-is." No warranties are expressed or implied.
Device Damage Disclaimer: Use responsibly. We are not liable for physical device damage caused by use of the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
8. Physical Activity Warning
Use of this app involves physical activity. Consult your physician before use, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions. You use the app at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury or health issues arising from its use.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
a. Agreement to Arbitrate
All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sweden, in accordance with Swedish law, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
b. Arbitration Process
The arbitration will be handled by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration Institute (SCC) or another recognized arbitration institution in Sweden, following their simplified arbitration procedures.
c. Exceptions
- Intellectual property claims
- Theft or privacy violations
- Injunctive relief claims (to prevent illegal activity or harm)
d. Opt-Out Right
You have the right to opt out of this dispute resolution clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms, with your name, address, and clear intent to opt out.
e. Changes to Dispute Policy
You may reject future changes to this dispute policy by notifying us in writing within 30 days after the changes take effect.
f. Small Claims Court
Both parties have the right to bring individual claims in the Swedish small claims court (Småmål) if allowed under Swedish law.
g. Time Limit
You must bring any claims within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, or your claims will be barred.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Residents of the EEA or countries where this is prohibited retain protections granted by local law.
11. User Conduct
- No harassment or threats
- No cheating or unauthorized software
- No unauthorized access
- No distribution of harmful content
12. Provision of Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software without notice.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zero Inches for any claims related to your use of the Software or violations of these Terms.
14. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked through our Software.
15. Limitation of Liability (Expanded)
Zero Inches is not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, transmission issues, bugs, or third-party conduct.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance.
